Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold at prebuiltflows.com ("the Site"), operated by ENERGEO CONSULTORIA LTDA, a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 03.826.173/0001-51, with registered address at Rua Itapura, 96 — Ribeirão Preto/SP, 14090-082, Brazil ("we", "us").
By purchasing or downloading from the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.
1. Merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.
This means Paddle — not us — is the seller of record on your invoice, collects payment, and is responsible for calculating and remitting sales tax, VAT and GST where applicable. Paddle's own terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction alongside these terms.
2. What you are buying
We sell digital products: n8n workflow files, prompts, documentation and related materials. Delivery is electronic and immediate on successful payment. Nothing physical is shipped.
Each product page states what is included. What is stated there is what you get. We do not promise features, integrations or results that are not written on the product page.
3. Licence
Your purchase grants a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the products, subject to the licence file included with each product. In summary:
You may use the products in your own business, on unlimited systems you control, modify them freely, and deploy work derived from them for paying clients.
You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the product files themselves — modified or not — including publishing them to template marketplaces, galleries, public repositories, courses, memberships or bundles.
The full licence text shipped with the product governs in case of any conflict with this summary.
4. Your responsibilities
The products connect to third-party services including n8n, Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. You are responsible for:
- Holding your own accounts and API keys with those services, and paying their fees.
- Complying with those services' terms.
- Complying with all laws that apply to how you use the products — including, without limitation, email marketing, anti-spam and data protection rules in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions of anyone you contact.
- Everything that runs in your own environment.
Some products can generate outbound communications. They are configured to create drafts rather than send. If you modify them to send automatically, the consequences are yours.
5. Third-party services change
The products depend on third-party APIs. Those providers change their APIs, pricing, models and terms on their own schedule, and any such change can break a workflow without notice. We maintain the products on a reasonable-effort basis and are not liable for third-party changes.
6. No warranty
The products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that they will produce any particular business result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the products or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or API costs you incur, however caused.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
8. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
9. Support
Setup support is provided by email at support@prebuiltflows.com, normally answered within two business days. Support covers getting the product working as described. It does not cover building custom workflows, debugging your own modifications, or consulting on your business.
Billing, invoice and payment questions go to Paddle.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated version is posted. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Where you buy as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
